I just can’t say enough good things about the treatment I received yesterday from latoia and the other male tech at one blood. I was going in for a phlebotomy due to a medical condition I’ve been struggling with. I was so scared and nervous but latoia treated me with so much patients and compassion. She talked me through it the whole time, never was frustrated with me and just kept encouraging me that I could do it and we would get through it together. I honestly left feeling like there really are good people left in the world. One blood is really lucky to have such a amazing staff.

I’d like to share my pleasant experience today at OneBlood in Plantation. Joyce and Toya were absolutely great with me! They were so welcoming upon my entrance. They also made me feel right at home and super comfortable. We had the best conversation about life, it’s struggles and positive vibes :-). I intend to visit this site again for future blood donations.

This is the first time that I have been to a one blood store location. Miss Joyce and Latoia Were very professional and friendly. They made this experience very memorable. I highly recommend this location. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the facility. Facility is very clean and well organized and the ladies make you feel welcome. You leave feeling like they really appreciate your blood donation.

The three ladies I met giving my first donation at this location were amazing. I hope they don’t kill me (pun intended) for not remembering all their names. They were very friendly and even had a personal conversation with them. I had no after pain from the needle and that proves they have experience with drawing blood. If a manager reads this please give a proper appreciation to the employees at this location. This is now the place I will go to for all my donations moving forward!

Had a wonderful experience with Ms. Joyce and Ms. G was treated very well and very awesome bedside manner. Working for the hospitality industry for 25 years they know who to treat their guests and they give you the warm and fuzzies. See you again in 4 weeks. They are both an asset to OneBlood.

Very Bad experience! You can’t let them take your blood, very rude and unprofessional people. The phlebotomists was in her cellphone at the same time she is asking for my info, she type all wrong will still on her cellphone. An easy rule they already should know turn off the phone when you are with the patient or Doctor. I just walk away, never going back to any One Blood office.

I want to tell you what an incredible staff you have at Plantation. Deb immediately took me aside to correct my doctors orders and calm my fears. Everyone at OneBlood Plantation seem very dedicated to their mission and their clients. There is a real sense of comfort and familiarity. On my most recent visit (every 56th day), Latoia was professional, friendly, gentle, and super fun! I’d recommend a visit to anyone to spend some time with Ms. Joyce and the great team at OneBlood!
