I just walked in this center s a spur of the moment decision to donate blood in Florida, I usually go to a local Red Cross facility where I love. I have been giving blood for years ever 2 months. This place has far surpassed all that I have been. The staff is super friendly. They did the best job getting the needle in and felt nearly nothing. The place is very clean. I wish this place was local to me. Highly recommend them.

My experience was great. Was attended to by Damaris. I had a scheduled appointment, and was attended to immediately when I arrived. The location was very clean, and parking was plentiful. I would definitely recommend, and will be donating blood again at this location on a regular basis. My advice to people is that when you walk into a location don’t wait for others to put a smile on your face, but instead walk in with the goal of putting a smile on everyone’s else’s face. Be the leader. Everyone is fighting their own battles. Everyone has their own things they are dealing with. It could be family issues, health issues, life issues,.And with a smile, and a hello we can change that persons life for the better. When you approach life that way, i promise you that things will change for you and not just the other person. Be cool, be kind. Be the example

Went to donate blood today for the first time in years. I was hesitant to go to this location after reading some poor reviews. It was a pleasant experience and everyone there was very nice. I am now planning on donating at this location on a regular basis.

I have to give a one star because I can’t give zero. I made an appointment, arrived on time, I walked in and sat down after signing in. A gentleman was already sitting and saw me sign in so he asked the employee if he should sign in and she said that appointments come first so he left. 45 minutes later I’m still sitting and not one employee has said Boo to me. Not I’m sorry, I’ll be right with you, etc. only 2 patients were there and 2 employees were with them. I just wasted my time so I left. Never going back.

Horrendous is the only way to describe OneBlood. Not only was the staff uncooperative, but also frankly annoying. I would not reccomend this company and especially not this location to anybody
