Great experience. After long waits, being treated like a ghost, and v worst customer service experience in another donation center where they pay for your blood; I decided to try to OneBlood Donation Center in the Country Club Plaza. As I walked in, Youlin welcomed me with a warm smile, invited me in, explained the whole process clearly, took my vitals, walked me through the questionnaire and stood by me while Angela, set me up, and with gentle words and smiles took my blood. I felt no needles, and before I realized it, it was done. Amazing skills, and very pleasant experience. They also explained all the health benefits of donating blood. I feel great and will surely come back.

I donate about every three to four months. They are always super friendly and do everything to make sure everything is explained to me thoroughly. Angela always has such a nice demeanor about her. We joke around every time I go there. I will definitely continue to go there in the future and recommend other people. It’s such a wonderful thing they are doing by helping save lives

I had a very bad experience today day at The facility in Miami Gardens and 67th Ave. when I walked in the receptionist asked me if I had a mask I told her that I did not have one to please give me one, another customer came in and the receptionist told her you’re the only one today that is smart enough to read the sign outside. I was about to walk out of your location luckily ,I saw the lady that always takes care of me .and I calm down and I told her about my incident with this lady. Next time if I go to your location and the ladies there I will turn around and will not donate blood to this location. My friend that goes to the Cooper city location when he goes without a mask they give him a mask not give them these kind of comments by an employee. And another word she call me stupid very very disrespectful

If I could give cero I ll this place is very racist its a shame because we as latin people do our best to communicate in English , not for everyone is easy but at least we try and speak Spanish and English. Is the second time my husband goes to that place to donate and they dont take him just because he doesn’t speak English. He has been there before which means he should have a record there ( no need to ask so many questions ) even though he tried and spoke with the girl SHE SAID YOU DONT SPEAK ENGLISH WE CANNOT TAKE U FOR BLOOD DONATION…… That is very disrespectful ma’am ………..Shouldnt be like this ,, SHOULDNT MATTER WHERE U COME FROM OR WHAT LANGUAGE YOU SPEAK IF U ARE GONNA SAVE SOMEONES LIFE ………. Terrible experience. Front intake person was rude and condescending. I had an appointment to donate convalescent plasma. He harassed me about how I should have two negative covid test and I shouldn’t be there with out them because I could still have covid. He then barely touched my arm and said my veins weren’t good enough to donate. Staff needs to be retrained on covid protocols to match the protocols set forth by the health department (no negative test required) and by the company itself when scheduling said nothing to that effect. One rude staff member with inaccurate info caused me to leave and find somewhere else.

I ended up leaving because of how rude they were. The old lady that wears sunglasses inside the building told me to move to another seat with a complete attitude for an unknown reason. There’s another that speaks to the patients as if they were children. Super unprofessional.
