This place was great. They were all super friendly and nice and created a safe, happy, atmosphere for me, which was awesome because it was my first time and I was a little nervous. I ended up fainting after giving blood and they were immediately there to help. They were so cheerful and patient, it really made my experience a good one. Especially Larry. Larry was super friendly, happy, and nice and I cannot thank him enough.

Big Red Bus Sebastian 11/28 I was a late day walk-in. Quick, professional, and friendly check in and set up. All OneBlood staff I have met are very good and this crew was no exception. Too bad we are limited to 5 stars.

Poor customer service for first timers that would like to donate blood ,understand not everyone is the same if you don’t have the time or patience leave it for Someone else that will appreciate your job.

In an email early New Year’s Day, I received a reminder to donate. I went to the Vero Beach Center at 11:00 and was the only donor at that time. The experience was as wonderful as it always has been there. I was treated with respect and appreciation for taking the time on this holiday to give “the gift of life.”

A disorganized mess. My husband went in 2 weeks ago to give a regular donation, they asked him to come back at a later date and do a double donation that requires a special machine. He got a call he couldn’t understand yesterday. He called to day his name and phone number were wrong on his records. They had no appointment set up. They need to get it together.

I went to give blood today and checked before I made the appt that they only allowed 2 people at a time on the bus. When I went there was going to be 4 total with 2 workers a total of 6 which is to many. When I Arrived they were going to take my temp with a oral probe, the cord is not sanitary and close to your face, not to mention the woman just touches a guys IV site and picked up the probe without sanitizing her hands. I want to help save lives but not at the expense of my life. Needless to say I walked out.

I smile when I enter One Blood Center and see Larry and Susie. Steady, professional, friendly. They are interested in their customers and perform a painless blood draw every time. Both are such assets to the organization. I feel like they are friends and I look forward to continuing to be a regular blood donor in their capable hands.

I had an appointment at 2:30 to donate blood which I made on their website. I arrived a couple minutes before my scheduled time and the door was locked. Another potential donor showed up minutes after me and we were standing outside in the pouring rain knocking on the door and could see the employees inside who clearly saw and heard us. For whatever reason no one ever came to let us in and we were there for a good ten minutes. It was probably top 5 weirdest experiences of my life. I’ve donated a probably two dozen times with the Red Cross and I’ve never had this issue, I guess this particular donation center didn’t really care to take their last appointment of the day. Really disappointing and disheartening not to be able to fulfill my obligation when sometimes donating blood after national crises helps you to feel less powerless to help. Will never return, I’d rather drive the two hours to Orlando and donate with the Red Cross. If I could give zero stars, I would.
