This is my go-to blood center for donations. Staff is always super friendly and supportive. I usually have a nice conversation with whomever is in for the day. I know their days must be long, but I do appreciate their acts of service. Much needed in our county!

I give blood on a regular basis usually at one of the One Blood buses, but I went to an actual donation center for this particular donation. Scheduled an appointed the day before arrived and checked in at the front desk just fine the day of the actual appointment. Was escorted to a desk to answer the list of questions as usual which takes about five minutes or so. This is where I stayed for 45 mins. as I watched other scheduled donors make their contributions. Heard of one gentleman say he didn’t make an appointment and was just a walk in. He made his donation before I decided I had waited long enough and walked out. I was able to walk out of the office past the front desk without even being noticed.

This was my first time ever in a donation facility. Tiffany was beyond friendly, explained everything in detail and answered every question. I cannot remember her name, but a very sweet lady from Columbia did the actual draw, and it was pain free. Overall just a very positive experience. I now realize I had absolutely nothing to be nervous about. HIGHLY recommend this facility.

Best blood donation I’ve had. I normally use the buses but this stand alone facility was great. The paperwork takes about 3x as long than the actual donation (whole blood) but all in all a good experience.
