Everyone there was super nice. It was my first time donating blood. They did a great job of making me feel comfortable before, during, and after the process. I’m really pleased about the experience. I will be back in 2 months for another donation. Shout out to Matt! He was the tech that took my donation. Super friendly and professional. — One tip though, make an appointment! This place is really busy. I had to wait awhile. But now that I know, I’ll make an appointment for next time.

Staff is great. The building spells like pee after ceiling collapse. This is issue for staff and donors with allergies and asthma. Hopefully this us resolve soon. Especially for those who are there a lot for donations and work. No juice in refrigerator please restock.

I had an absolutely amazing experience, walked in for my scheduled appointment time, knocked out all the questions and paperwork and donated my blood. The whole process went awesome and the staff was amazing. Will definitely be going back in two months.

Professional, friendly and efficient. I usually donate blood via the Big Red Bus but this One Blood office will have me coming back as soon as eligible again. All around, a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Everyone is really nice and do a great job of making sure you are comfortable. I have donated on one of the buses and at their Babcock location and every time has been a great experience for myself and my daughters

My wife and I are frequent blood doners and used this facility for years until several bad experiences with staff caused us to begin donating through the Big Red Bus. My wife used this facility today and told me that they have new management and her experience was much better. In spite of poor management in the past, some of the employees have always been great. One in particular is Jeanette. We really like her. We hope to start using this facility again.

I have scheduled appointments on line today being the third time and when I show up for my scheduled appointment I’m being told they are not prepared for Alex today and I have asked well we sorry why can’t you call and tell someone who cares enough about showing up

These nurses work hard. Always running up and the bus isle. Never a dull moment. Unfortunately I was not able to donate whole blood today. My hemoglobin just didn’t make it. But I will be back. I think I’ll start with a big steak! I hope you appreciate them and acknowledge them. I see/saw everything.

So I’m not happy with Oneblood today, so let me start by saying I understand appointments come before walk-ins but I think this was a little unfair…So I’m sitting there waiting my turn and right before I was to be called up to the counter for them to take my blood pressure and make sure I was okay to donate a couple walks in that had an appointment, they were 15 minutes early for their appointment and I was sitting in the lobby for an hour waiting patiently. Is it fair that they took the appointment people before me considering they were early but I’d been sitting there for an hour?? I just don’t understand why they couldn’t have taken me before the couple that had an appointment that was 15 minutes early.? Guess I’ll just stick with the buses they seem to move people in and out a lot quicker.

I walked up to the counter and stood in front of a young girl with curly hair, maybe Hispanic, I stood there for 4 whole minutes while she was looking down at her phone and never acknowledged me standing directly in front of her, she then stood up and walked away STILL without even looking at me or acknowledging my presence. This left no one else at the desk… so I walked out.
