I love this donation center!!! It’s bright, clean, fast, and friendly!! Rachelle took care of me today and what a sincere pleasure she was!!! She was fun to talk to, kept me distracted and entertained!! I had a great time and loved her company and complete professionalism!! Best donation experience I’ve ever had and am looking forward to going back to this location. Every person there is always so kind and patient. Rachelle took that to a whole new level!! I have been visiting this location for the past 3 years. Paullet and Nicole both make me feel like family. They always have a smile and ask about my family and about my dog. Even though I live in Orlando I do not mind driving to Winter Park because if these 2 amazing young ladies. Your corporation needs more employees like them.

The ladies here were so lovely and kind! After I donated blood I was already thinking this is going to be my fav. One blood location since the ladies were all so sweet. As I went to my car I realized my key fob wasn’t working so I couldn’t get into my car. I went back inside to see if they had something to open my key fob with; they were able to open it for me and even tried giving me a battery for it to see if it helped; as well as walked out with me to my car to see if we could get it to work. Although we couldn’t get it to work I waited inside until help came and the whole time they had me cracking up. I really appreciate you ladies going out of your way to try and help me out! Thank you!!! You guys are officially gonna be my fav. Place to donate blood now.
