The staff are very professional, friendly and efficient. I am sad to learn that this location is closing at the end of December. It has been convenient to have a donation location near Mount Dora. I am undecided whether I will drive to Leesburg to donate.

I donate per direction from doctor and it’s not my favorite thing to do. Had a bad experience long ago and before that having blood drawn for panels, let alone donate was an anxiety. These ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional and carry great conversation (which gets my mind away from the procedure). What used to be high anxiety is much easier due to them. I believe I’ve done a review on OneBlood in Deland as well and both locations have been great to work with! Thanks oneblood for staff that are accommodating!

Ms. Cindy and Ms. Caroline are so good, that 5 stars just isn’t high enough. They both know what their doing, help calm me down big time (I’m afraid of needles), and greet all donors by name as you walk in the door. They both are so kind. Once in awhile, I walk in and I’m not in the greatest mood, but once I enter, and they greet me, all of a sudden, I’m laughing and having a fun time. If I could could rate them both with a score of infinity, I would. THE BOTH ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!

We regularly donate at the Big Red Bus when it is parked at the Mount Dora Walmart and the staff never fails to make the entire process a pleasure. It is so convenient and a great reminder when you see the Big Red Bus parked at the Walmart. Even if you don’t have an appointment, or forgot to make one, you can pop in and donate at a time that works for you.
