I love our crestview location. The staff make you feel like it’s a home away from home. They are always so kind, energetic, and enthusiastic. I went to another location one time and that was the last time cause the employees at this location are phenomenal. Sam is my favorite. Everytime I come in she grabs me. Shes so good you dont even know you’re getting stuck by a needle and shell chat with you like you’re a long time friend. My kinda person. She always does these cute little bows when were all done to add a little pizazz to my attire. If you go anywhere go give blood this is the place to go!

I’ve been trying to donate for over a year and today, Luvly, was an absolute girl boss. She nailed the line and I was able to successfully donate! Barely felt the needle go in and didn’t feel it come out. Her bedside manner was on point. Will be coming back as long as Luvly is here

Went there yesterday because I thought of doing something good On my birthday. I’m scared of needles but Jennifer, Jake & Milenna ( sorry forgot the spelling) made me & my husband feel so comfortable. They were very welcoming, friendly, and answered all my questions patiently. Keep it up guys ❤️

Great experiences. Techs are friendly. Have never had pain @ the Crestview center. Had pain only once at a Red Bus Blood Drive in FWB in 2005; Shane quickly took over for the inexperienced phlebotomist / / No they don’t pay for blood (per se), so don’t expect to sell it here if you’re homeless. Contrary to one review, donation is more common in the South versus selling blood products.// Currently donating plasma once per month.

The workers here are kind and gentle when drawing blood. They take the time to get to know you and call you by name. I like to come and donate blood quite often. It’s a great thing to donate blood and they also give out pretty decent gifts.

I’ve been a longtime client of OneBlood in the Crestview center. 34 gallons to date. While I’ve been there, I’ve seen many many blood clients come and go without any problems. I’ll be frank. The low ratings provided today to the center and the staff are unworthy to be considered for two reasons. Its unknown if the donor followed the correct protocols after donating that every tech communicates. Many clients are regular donors who never have problems. They come again and again to this center because its the best. The Crestview Center and the staff there are true pros, tops in their care and concern for each donor. You can trust and depend on them. Whatever happened, whenever it happened, if it happened at all, this is not reflective of the Crestview center.

I was very pleased with my experience at Oneblood Crestview location. This was my first visit and was blown away by the staff’s professionalism and care. Amber, specifically was extra friendly, I appreciated her knowledge in her work and appreciate how considerate she was. Overall, wonderful experience!!

Don’t know why everyone is writing such Positive reviews of this place??? Just went and gave Blood for the first time in a long time, and I have to say I will never go to the OneBlood, Crestview location EVER again! The Lady who drew my blood was the Regional Director I guess, and how she was with me was just short of Rude:( You with think your there giving Blood, you should feel welcome, right? She seemed very distracted and any questions I had she brushed off and didn’t really answer. I like to be informed, and my questions almost seemed to bother her. I for one would not recommend going here. Even the other tech there way annoying to me. She whistled and was loud and obnoxious, treated me like I was just an organ donor. WARNING if you want to give blood and feel good about your Donation….GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Hope this helps someone not have such an experience as I just had…..

Silvia is the best ! I’ve never had an issue with a stick with her, the whole staffing there is amazing and nice. I wish they opened later and we’re open later in the day since I work and commute so it’s hard to come and donate platlets .But I’m an adult and I understand they don’t control their hours just as much as I understand that they give you gifts for your donation : sometimes a shirt or a movie ticket, these are thank you items .Not acts of compensation, as they are not buying you or your time.

I had 2 techs maneuvering the needle in my arm causing me extreme pain and discomfort. At one point they even flipped the needle upside down while it was in my arm. A few days later I had a bruise that went DOWN MY ARM around where I had my blood drawn even after they assured me I wouldn’t bruise. Next time if a tech knows that a person won’t be able to donate a full amount, they need to just stop drawing blood instead of playing stick and poke with someone’s arm. I would not recommend this place. Some of the people working here are incompetent and need to be trained again because they act like they don’t know what they’re doing.
