At Noon on Saturday, there were three women working, each involved in all phases of work to be done. In a little more than 8 minutes, I’d donated my 123th pint of O-. They were pleasant, followed every protocol perfectly, gave me a cold non-calorie drink, and a packet of cookies and t-shirt as I left with no pain or hematoma. I’ll be back in 56 days to give my 124th. You ought consider doing it yourself, especially if you have very useful O-!

Excellent experience all around. From check in to donation. Nick was my Phlebotomist. He was gentle, friendly and included me in conversation. Made sure I was doing well during my donation. I’ve been coming to the center since the Pandemic. I will probably stick (haha) with the center.

I came in today to give a donation. Mandy, Denise and Amy did a terrific job. They were very professional and personable. They took very good care of me. We even had a few laughs a long the way. The facility is very clean and well organized. The staff took abundant precautions to be safe and clean. I was very impressed. Thanks guys. I hope you are working the next time I come in.

I donate regularly and the folks here are so great. Nick is a total superstar– I have difficult veins but he never seems to have any kind of problem getting me on the first stick. One time I donated and they didn’t have any shirts in stock, so Nick mailed one to me like, a week later, totally unprompted. That kind of friendliness is absolutely remarkable!

You feel like royalty at the Riggins Rd One Blood. You open the door and you’re welcomed by an employee. Well they’re just there to take your temperature, protocol, but they’re so nice and friendly. You then check in at the front desk where they give you a device to complete a questionnaire. Boring but it gets better. You then go into a private room to have your blood pressure taken and you’re asked a few questions. You’re then escorted to a very comfortable bed where the needle is inserted. Make sure you drink a lot of water two days prior to donating because your blood will flow faster. After the donation comes the fun part: presents!!!!! I got a t-shirt, a $20 coupon for a variety of stores, I chose Walmart, a drink and a snack. I always choose plantain banana chips…yumm. Then you leave with a fantastic feeling knowing that you helped save a life or more. I’m O+, I can help any and all +Ve blood type people and that is a very good feeling. Please donate cause I can’t do this on my own ☺️

The people that work here are absolute angels. I nearly completely passed out while donating and they prevented me from completely passing out, were super caring and kind the entire time, and reassured me that I still helped. Best place and workers
