Donated today and will never return. Molly was the most rude, uncaring and unprofessional phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I regularly donated to the American Red Cross until we moved here to FL and always felt valued as a donor. I also volunteered at an ARC donation center where all of the staff were friendly and truly cared. Today, I was chastised for moving my arm and thus blocking the blood flow. When she tried to correct it, it hurt a lot. She became frustrated and said, “We’re done.” When the donor next to me had the same issue, she rolled her eyes and chastised him as well. Earlier, when I asked how to donate platelets, she discouraged me because of my small veins despite having given platelets before. After she bandaged my arm, she literally threw two forms on my lap and pointed to the snack location. No thanks, no nothing. I was going to remind my community members to donate blood today via Facebook but after this experience, I didn’t want them to have to go through what I did.

Donated today on the Big Red Bus while it was at the Chick-fil-A on Wells Rd. Molly was my phlebotomist and she was very helpful and informative. Love the new technology! Super cool that today’s donation can go twice as far with the new machine! She also told me I can now track my donation to see which local hospital it goes to. How cool is that! Well done OneBlood, well done!

I donate platelets on a regular basis and would only go to this location. I’m greeted by name by the friendly and caring staff. Christina does a great job with my draws. Stacy and Ali are always friendly and attentive as well. Great place. Always has been clean as a whistle; feel safe donating there during this difficult time.

Brittany is the best phlebotomist! She was friendly, confident and made me feel at such ease. I was so scared to donate plasma and she made me feel so relaxed and that I was doing a great job. I couldn’t be more thankful!

This was my first donation during the pandemic. I walked in and there are signs everywhere stating how seriously they take Covid. The staff were all PPE’d up, and they used signs to show what rooms/chairs were sanitized. Christina was my phlebotomist, and she was fantastic! I told her I’m a bit squeamish and she made sure to keep my arm covered. I barely felt anything at all at the start and end! I appreciate the care being taken at this OneBlood and I’m comfortable coming back for my next donation soon.

Alejandra Borsellino is awesome. She made the experience so much easier and put me at ease. She does a great job and I will ask for her the next time I have to give blood.

Horrible location. Donating blood takes over and hour when barely anyone is in there. Then they poke you wrong and end up with a bad clump. The employees just don’t care. Better to go to a mobile bank.

Completed my first platelet donation yesterday. Staff and facility are great. My tricky veins proved no challenge for Kristin. I had no bruise at all! Donate platelets, donate blood SAVE LIVES!!
