Unprofessional. I am a bone marrow donor and was scheduled for an appointment to have my veins assessed prior to donating additional T cells the following week. Something I believed to be simple and was told would take less than 10 minutes. Svetlana was my contact at One Blood and upon arrival I was greeted with her surprise and confusion as she was expecting me but also knowing she would not be able to complete my assessment. She also failed to contact or inform anybody about it. I was turned away with a smile and laugh. I did not find the situation funny. Now I hope for another appointment elsewhere in time for this donation. A simple phone call would have saved time, money, and happiness.

It does have a small parking lot. I did have Brittany, but she normally works over on the Westside. She swap locations with someone. She was very pleasant and made the time go by quickly. The first time I donated was on a bus. The 3rd street location has a ton of room and space.
