Went in for an appointment Sunday 8am, 1st person in the door while signing in the girl behind the desk then said,”your going to have to wait as there are 4 people I have to hook up to machines” sounds to me that my blood and my time does not matter. Rude and inconsiderate of my time i took out of my day. Been donating for years almost to 5 gallons. If this is how regular donors will be treated going forward I won’t be donating here.

The absolute best location in all of Jax. I’ve donated roughly a dozen times and usually come to this location cause it has the friendliest people. I’ve never had a reaction after donating but last night, I went to donate and accidently passed out due to low blood sugar (It was my fault! I didn’t eat enough beforehand). When I woke up, I was surrounded by the 4 greatest nurses calming me down and comforting me. I cannot say enough great things about the ladies who helped me. I will always come to this location because I know I will never have anything to worry about. Thank you Charisma, Molly, Nancy and Janelle!

Would truly appreciate walk in welcomes. 17 gal + donor and would do more if better hours and made walk in donors welcome. Just not able to schedule due to site hours and work load so I try to drop in when I drive by and it looks slow. Last visit I was greated with “Do you have an appointment ? ” . Not “Hi” or “Can I assist”. I see other are experiencing the same. Will keep trying…

I have been donating at this location for years. The staff recognizes and is happy to see me every visit. The facility is always clean. Being a platelet donor, I donate quite frequently. Omega and her staff take good care of me. I like certain staff members so much, like Brittany, that I have traveled to other centers just to see her. In short, OneBlood makes this second home very nice to visit.

Thank you Courtney, Brittany, and the many others who have helped me to help others. I always appreciate your friendly service, gentle handling, and kind smiles! I have tried the bus once and it just wasn’t for me. The atmosphere at this donor center has kept me coming back. It is always worth the longer commute to get here. You will never feel like you’re rushed and the staff interacts with you like you’re family. It is also a very CLEAN facility. I just met the One Blood CEO at this center and it makes me so happy to see good leadership for such a wonderful non-profit.
