I’ve been donating at this center for over 10 years. One thing that has always been consistent is the hospitality and appreciation shown to all the donors. Jessica has continued this trend and has elevated the bar. She strives to ensure that all donors have a positive experience. She truly cares about the donors and together with Brittany, they have earned my loyalty. They treat us (donors) as royalty and it is much appreciated. I hope their managers know how much they go above and beyond to take care of their extended family of donors. Well done Ladies, well done!

Have been donating here regularly since moving to the Westside in 2010. Staff is professional and caring. I have small veins, so if the phlebotomist is concerned, s/he will always consult someone with more experience, which I truly appreciate. I have always had a pleasant donation here and will continue to return.
