Donated today at the bus in New Smyrna Beach at the local Walmart. The team was terrific and did an awesome job. This is my second time as I donated a year ago as this same location and they really have great workers. Today Kacey collected my blood and was super delightful. She loves her job and it shows.

Do Not use this company! They are unprofessionell and Rude. I Made my appointment For Donation on Aug 17, 2023, scheduled Tonne drawn Aug 31, 2023. They Messaged and E-Mail many Times Prior to the appointment. They even sent me a SMS Message 3 hours before appointment. I Drove all the way there and waited, waited & waited. Nothing! They were not there. One Minute Prior to my appointed time, they call to cancel my appointment. One Minute! They knew they would Not be there But Said nothing. They were scheduled To be there from 11-16.00. Again, thes SMS Messaged me Düring the time they were supposed to be on Location, despite Not being there… Ridiculously callous and unaware. I will Draw my own whole blood Donation and discard it. This company needs to Sort themselves out! What a Joke.

Nice location, I went to a Oneblood drive near the race track right now. The experience was awesome! The initial intake process was quick and informative. The staff was amazing, made everything super comfortable and smooth. There was an option to double dose, however I kept it simple. ATTN: Everybody should donate blood. Your donation will help others and it makes you feel good! They have these super cool squeeze toys in the shape of a Blood Drop, loved that! Hope they still have them… Go Donate!

Really terrible experience at this location. Front counter staff were very rude, and waited 15 minutes before even being greeted. Very poor customer service handling skills. Made it very clear they were not interested in helping me.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Tiffany and Jeanette were amazing from start to finish. Amazing health care workers in a very stressful time (due to new COVID procedures in place). The office was clean and ALL staff was completely friendly and very professional!

One lady is super nice. Other one is extremely rude. Average wait time is 3 hours plus. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. This is constant wait time everyday if the week.

First visit! What an awesome experience! I went initially to donate platelets, but because of new discoveries with women (whom have been pregnant) and having HLA in their blood I was unable to do that … so donated blood instead… The staff there was ever so friendly … will definitely schedule my next appointment to donate blood in 56 days!

I am a 35 gallon platelet donor and can not say enough good things about the staff at Ormand Beach! The only issue I have is with corporate. Over the years excellent people have left and they are close to being dangerously understaffed. Two people cannot possible answere phones, check in donors and attend to those having product drawn. The bottom line can not be that important; support your employees!
