My husband needs therapeutic blood draws once a month at this time due to high HGB count, and too much iron in his blood. I tried everywhere, for weeks! OneBlood helped, so grateful! They don’t charge for this medical procedure, and worked with us, our Doctor, to insure my husband’s health, high HGB count is dangerous. What a relief, after hearing we don’t do therapeutic blood draws here from everyone else. Thank you. They are professional and courteous, once, when they had no one on staff at the moment to do a therapeutic draw, we had just dropped in, they called Tina, who came in and did my husband’s blood draw, thank you Tina. We appreciate all of you.

My husband and I donate blood every time we can. We usually have exceptional service with Tina. She was off this day and we I went in to have my hemoglobin check to see if I could donate. Sometimes it’s low. There was one person in office donating and me with 2 phlebotomist. A person walked in to donate and they turned her away saying they had a schedule donor coming. It seemed as through to me that donors were a burden to them and they didn’t really want to work. This was 2 girls I’d never seen in there before. We always get exceptional service. We love Tina. She’s always kind and seems to really appreciate that we are there.

On the evening of 4/25, I made a 12:30 appointment for platelet donation at 12:30 on 4/26 and received an email confirmation. The next morning at 11:04, I called to change my appointment to 3:00, was told 3:00 was available, and received a email confirmation for the new time. When I arrived at 2:30, I was told both 3:00 time slots were already taken. I was offered a 5:30 slot but chose to walk out when both people arrived at 3:10. I will not be back.

I would normally not post a bad review. However, I feel the need to warn everyone what my occur. I have donated at this location previously without any issues. I returned to donate and the lady that inserted the needle into my arm carelessly penetrated a nerve. It gave me a sharp, shocking pain through my arm that I hope no one will ever have to feel in their life. I still donated however after I left I continued to feel sharp pain through my arm. I contacted them and all they told me was to contact another number, in which I was unable to reach anyone. I have now found out that is terrible pain will not be going away any time soon if it goes away at all! Please do your homework before donating at this location or any.

This is blood DONATION not sales. These folks are professional and polite. I usually get a good stick and they take good care of fainters. The blood is used locally (except in regional emergencies) and is a benefit to the community. Can’t emphasize enough that these are nice people who are there to help you DONATE blood.

I wish I had a zero star option. This is my first review every, for anything. It’s not like I’ve never received bad service it’s just that this place was the worse. I’m not mad that the lady didn’t want to do her job or that she was clueless on just how to do it. I’m the most upset she didn’t even act like she’d cared one way or another. What a total waste of of time. The incompetence here is dangerous.
