My dad and I have been coming here for several months and it’s always been super clean, a smooth experience and nice employees. However, today wasn’t the greatest experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very rude employee with her mouth full of food asking if I had an appointment and she just had a bad attitude. She was the one that did my dads whole donation process and afterwards he told me how hateful she was. I thankfully had a super nice girl, I believe her name was Jay and she was very friendly. She stood and talked with me and made sure I was okay since I’ve had bad reactions to donating in the past. I would definitely recommend her. But I don’t think this is the place for someone so rude to be working. Donating blood causes me to have some anxiety and today I know I would’ve felt horrible if this rude lady took care of me.

CeCe is the kindest individual, loves her job (Concord should keep her at this location!) she is primarily at Ballantyne- but we lucked in to her being our phlebotomist in Concord today!!!

Multiple poor experiences here where staff are unable to locate my veins. Would highly suggest donating blood with One Blood on South Blvd in Charlotte as their staff are highly skilled (especially in locating veins) and make the donation process efficient and enjoyable.

This place was great! Everyone was very nice and I plan on coming back, no doubt. It was very clean, and the snacks were great. I fainted because I was dumb and had worked out earlier and hadn’t eaten enough. The nurses were really nice about it., they took great care of me. We watched Law & Order while I ate pretzels. Give blood!

Great staff, prompt and professional. Ive never had issues with accessing IV and the chairs are comfy. One down side… they removed the TV for viewing purposes so the facility is awkwardly quiet. Bring back the TV please!
