The lady that is sitting in the front at the receptionist desk attitude is disgusting! I said good morning and she was looking at me with a nasty look. Why is she in the front if she’s going to be acting like that? If she doesn’t like her job she needs to find a new one.

1st time I went to sign up Jefferson was very friendly and made sure I was informed on what I needed. I came back 2 days later and the lady in the front her energy and aura was off. She didn’t really greet me she just looked at me and went back to her conversation. When she ask for my information the guy who was in the front with her can see I was already questioning her customer service. Than he told her ill handle her you can go wherever and he handle me with better customer service. This the same black lady everyone keeps complaining about and I’m not sure why she still there if she’s not doing great customer service. The attitude she has makes me wanna go elsewhere but this is the closet one I’m willing to travel to being it’s 30 mins away from my home

I’ve been donating at this location for going on a year. The staff is awesome. Attentive & considerate. My only critique is that 3 out of the 4 bathrooms at this location don’t have soap. The 2 bathrooms you see as soon as you walk in don’t even have soap dispensers in them. I can only imagine the amount of germs being spread throughout the facility. This has been an issue for months. Not to mention that the screens donors use in the queue look like they haven’t been wiped down in months. During my recent visit, I even asked the receptionist for a wipe to clean the screen I was about to use but was told they didn’t have any. I really hope this issue gets resolved soon because as a health facility, hygiene should be one of your top priorities.

Good service except the older tech need to keep a eye on the new ones. They need more supervision. My last visit was crazy. My blood was clotting in the needle cause the new tech just stuck the needle in and just left me . Besides that staff is great. On my next donation am going to be very selective on the tech the sticks me.

Someone needs to seriously FIRE that blonde Puerto Rican girl with the long curly hair and blue eyes. She is incredibly nasty, rude, spends most of time talking instead of working, and literally rushed putting the needle in me. No warning, just stuck it in me carelessly and was rude the entire process. Most of the workers at this location are rude, and treat you like you’re just a broke loser because you are donating. Some of us actually like to donate for EXTRA income in addition to our jobs. Not all of us there are broke. It’s crazy these workers have no regard or class.

Be prepared to wait for 3-5 hours..Poor service. I’ve been to several locations and literally any other branch will have you in and out within an hour or hour and 30 mins.. the staff here take way too long. 1 hour in line, 1 more hour to be called to a seat, 30 minutes for someone to get your needles hooked up and another hour for extraction. All because they wanna keep having personal convos or have 3 techs taking care of 1 person. Never again. Save your time.
