I know this location is new and you would think because of that they would set a standard. But that was not my experience. I’ve been to this location hoping it was different than the Bronx and Fulton locations. The employees are loud, ghetto and unprofessional. Even though some of the employees were friendly. They treat the location as a hangout. Cursing, having loud conversations, playing on their phones, screaming, and doing anything but work. They take more breaks than actually doing anything. They let the phone ring and no one answers. You would think their management is any different but those were the first ones acting like animals. It’s supposed to be a plasma donation. It is not treated as an medical establishment. It’s just a hangout that makes you not even want to donate.
