For the last 4 weeks I have had issues with this location. I come in at night by 6pm. This is the only location I visit because I take public transit because it is the best, convenient location and because I have gotten to know the staff over the last year and a half and Evelyn, Darwin, Sonia and Julie are usually very precise in their technique which helps to ensure my successful donation. A few weeks ago the hours changed to where I thought I’d have to stop coming. The week before last, I got into an argument with another donor because you have to make the line before you sign in. I feel that is the reverse of a streamlined process. The security guard that was overseeing the line had left to go upstairs for a minute. Who knows why. As soon as he left, another patron who honestly entered the premises behind me had skipped the line and signed in ahead of me. As soon as s/he was done, and proceeded to get in front of me and everyone else who was already waiting for about 10 minutes so far, I told him or her that there’s a line and they should follow the order because she just skipped ahead of everyone else who was already here. As soon as I made that known, security and another girl from the front desk came to ask what was wrong. Nothing was resolved when I gently stated what had happened. I guess if they didn’t see it, it didn’t happen ♀️. I trust the technicians I mentioned and phlebotomists here because they know how to do their job and they are very courteous which has built a relationship of trust between them and myself. I’d hate to go anywhere else and start over, but I’m seriously considering my other options.

I enjoy coming to this location specifically because intake is very fast lines appear to be long but move fast . Donors are offered water & crackers . Then location is a clean and sanitized environment , great music in the back while your donating . I gave this location 4 stars because it lack 1 thing . That’s the un-professionalism (I made my own word lol )of the staff . Some donors are rude but staff at all times should remain professional present friendly guest service. Other then that great place to feel safe donating and the nurses are very careful , sweet and quick I love it

If I could rate this place a zero star If it would let me.. So first off I went in for a first time donation and it took almost 3 hours so I had to leave and come back the next morning the security guard in the look like he was on some sort of and he was letting multiple people cut the line we’re just walking in. And now today on 9/15/23 I come back at 6:00 am and they are telling me they want to take a sample from me to test it. And I can’t donate for 2 weeks till it comes back. Come to find out I am having this problem because the first day wen I donated the person who did my physical never took a blood sample is that my fault? Not one bit. It’s all one big game I guess that’s what happens when you go to a place in the middle of the ghetto you get ghetto people who don’t know how to do there jobs so no I would not recommend this place at all! So funny part is they have people come in there looking like they’re on drugs smoking crack needle marks and they’re not asking them for samples lol.. be aware CDC should get called and they just might!

These place has the worse management i have ever seen. They don’t respect clients treating them like they are poor for going there. Some workers will make up reasons to kick u out if they have a personal vendetta against you. If you can go somewhere else go, they do pay u but no respect for human life, they will make u feel poor

When I went, there was only two kiosk working. Got into an altercation with a guy because I was first in a separate line on the side to use it and some guy came in and didn’t even look around and was about to use it when someone was done with it. I politely said “sir there’s a line” and walked up to use it. He was clearly pissed.

I really wanted to give this place 0 stars because that’s exactly what they deserve but there’s two workers at this location that are actually good and caring people. They know who they are. The rest of the workers there just care about getting they money & waste people time. They are VERY unprofessional here. All they do here is take they sweet time with everything & talk to everyone but the patients. I wish they would get it together but they honestly don’t care about nothing else but themselves.

My experience there was great!! My first time there was very fast and easy, I provided my documentation to the front office, I watched a short video and proceeded to intake. They set up my profile, then tested my blood and took my temperature. They checked my blood pressure and took my weight. I then waited for about 15 minutes to be put on a machine that takes your blood and plasma. I was on the machine for about 45min and that was it! I was given my debit card during intake and my money was available immediately after my visit!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and I feel good knowing that my plasma will help save lives!!! I will be returning to this location!!! Thank you Olgam and staff!!!

The bathrooms are full of fecal matter spread upon toilets and the walls or always locked or shut down. I do understand the challenges of the location and population, but that is inconsiderate for people who wait for nearly 4 hours and drink fluids to draw blood. The guards are a hot mess and extremely unprofessional and can be confrontational with quiet people while catering to the semi hostile people (even another reviewer wrote this and it’s true). Overall the people who try are the specialists drawing blood, yet that as well can be dangerous. A lady blood squirted out of her arm in front of me and it was not handled so well in my opinion.
