This is one my favorite OBI places to have my weekly phlebotomy. The staff is great and very quick. They are respectful of your time. They have a great system in place that really eliminates all the stress. If anything happens like passing out or your not feeling too well after, they have a great system to know what to do. You will be in good hands. There is a nice variety of snacks and drinks in the waiting area for you as well. My experiences have all been pleasant.

Yet another location that dose not allow Service dogs of any kind. The fact that the animals are trained to help people isn’t enough they will kick you out regardless.

I gave two stars, just because it is a nice facility, and the entire time ive been going there, approximately a year, its been pleasant and easy. But today not so much, had a very hung over nurse, she gave me a hard time about not being able to remember a medication i am prescribed, she could barely hold her head up. I told her its the exact same as literally every other time ive been in, with absolutely no harrassment about it. So im gonna have to rethink where i DONATE my blood to. I enjoy donating but i dont really want my time wasted, needlessly, to do it

I only give them 3 stars. As a member of the Military for almost 20 years now I have donated so much blood. The problem I have with this is that the blood we donate is not free to those who need it. My late wife passed away in 2016. She had to have several blood transfusions and they charged us for every bit of that blood and they charged us like we were millionaires. It’s good to donate and help save lives! All I’m saying is that something needs to be done about making people in need pay for it!

I don’t like needles at all. Due to current medications I have to donate to lower RBC. O have been here 3 times now and always had a great experience. The pain is nothing like I thought ( bad IV in ICU). The ladies have always been great here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
