I have been donating since July and am enjoying the staff greatly. Last week I had a reaction just as I was getting ready to finish up. John was amazing at keeping me calm, rapidly beginning to fix the problem, and had me back to normal very quickly. Because of his swift action I never got worried or scared! This place is amazing! Highly recommend!

The staff was great other than Chris who wouldn’t stop talking about how he was the best person who has ever worked at a plasma center. It was my first time donating and he didn’t explain anything to me unlike the other staff who all took their time to make sure I was comfortable. Chris says he’s too good to be a manager here but I think he could work on his bedside manner before thinking about a promotion. Super arrogant man.

Very polite, respectable and friendly staff. Clean facility. My rating is NOT because of the staff, procedure or anything, it was due to I guess you can say a small reaction. More than halfway through my donation I was experiencing numbness in my fingers, lightheadedness and felt really cold. The staff know what they are doing and are very considerate and caring. I would definitely recommend Octopharma Plasma Centers for donating your plasma.

Great people, horrible wait times. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always fantastic. The last few months, however, the wait times have more than doubled. They are terribly understaffed, usually running only one check in station during peak hours, and I’ve waited on the bed to be hooked up more than 45 minutes on multiple occasions. Love the people here, but having to spend 3 hours or more is making it increasingly difficult to make it worth the time.

It’s the best plasma place I’ve been to it’s cleaner and has better employees then most. It would be five stars but it can get crowed they need to be slightly bigger or open a new center in like Oregon city or something.

Guy working at front with mullet/faux hawk is so slow. Constantly talking to co workers while trying to get people through the line. Does not work with a sense of urgency at all. Very lax worker. Sad to see because I love donating here.

Severely under staffed for a Saturday I was disappointed when my second appointment took almost as long as my first due to only being able to help 6 people at a time resulting from staffing shortages. The individuals that were working were great and did everything they could to get us through. It was said this was not uncommon for a Saturday which means it’s probably a management issue. If it doesn’t improve I will look elsewhere to donate.

The Milwaukie locations seems to always be short staffed. But the staffing there always are chipper, make you feel comfortable, and do a great job. I’m not a fan of needles, but I need some extra cash. The staff walked me through every process, put me at ease, and are good at what they do. Will be going back soon.

I wanted to share my first experience getting my plasma taken from Octapharma. Two of the workers I liked the most were Mellisa and Michael. They were both very reassuring and understanding that I was nervous about getting my plasma taken for the first time (im not good with needles). Thank you Mellisa and Michael for making my experience more comforting. The rest of them were amazing as well. I am definitely planning on going back to this place again.
