I have been a lifelong donor at various facilities. I was made aware of the additional monetary perk that Octapharma offered via friend of a family member. I was also told that the place could be considered pretty “iffy” because of the same offer…NOTHING COULD BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Clean environment, PPE followed stringently, workers are top-notch and my experiences have been VERY nice.

My experience wasn’t great last donation on 9/20/23 I was in the process of donating when suddenly machine started to make a loud noise and smoke was coming out of it when someone finally came to see what noise was they ended the donation told me I would still get my whole payment but also informed me that I would be deferred for 56 days because 200 mil of my blood was still in bowl

Very easy and accomadating experience. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and are always around to answer questions and make you feel more at ease and comfortable. Employees in particular Emily and James always are a joy to be around with their positive energy and smiles, they make me always want to return for a plasma donation.
