Since my last review, the overall quality of the service and TIME at the facility has declined significantly! My donation last week took almost 2.5 hours! From the moment I walked into the facility, I ran a timer on my phone. Upon leaving the facility, the timer showed 2 hours 54 minutes. The same excuses are, “we just got out of a meeting”, or “a few people are at lunch right now “, or “we had a couple of people who are scheduled to be here in about an hour.“. Also, they have a posted sign with a QR code which reads, “left a review while in the building? Show a team member on that day and you’ll receive a cool promo gift.“ This is false advertising! They have no promotional gifts, such as cups, T-shirts, mugs, gift cards, nothing! The only thing they give you is a “fast pass“ which you can use on your next visit. However, when standing in the fast pass line, you have to wait until the screener who takes care of fast pass people is available, otherwise General donors in the other line have priority. I also understand the new management is absolutely terrible! Unacceptable!

I’ve visited here a few times on and off as a new donor. Some of the staff are nice, and some of them are a little detached. I would say the pros to this place is that they do to keep it clean but the cons are that some of the employees lack compassion. Another con is that you do have to wait at least 1-2 hours to get your name called. One time I had waited around two hours and 15 minutes for my name to get called and I went to go use the restroom (which I only lasted 2 minutes there). I did not know that they called my name so when I got out of the restroom, they canceled my turn to donate plasma. When they have called other previous donors names, they would announce their names 2 to 3 times but that didn’t happen when they called my name so they just assumed that I had left the building .I was told that I had to re-screen again and fill out a questionnaire, and that I would have a fast pass to get my name called sooner. But I waited another 30 minutes and three other peoples names got called and mine didn’t get called so I was there three hours and I decided to leave. Was there at 10 in the morning and left at 1:05PM.

HORRIBLE WAITING SYSTEM!!!! Left after 3 hours of waiting! They have people waiting for hours while they keep taking fast passes within 10 minutes! At least Take 3 fast passes then move on to the people waiting there!!!! THEN take more fast passes! FIX IT OR PEOPLE WILL STOP COMING. Lazy and slow and a bad system. SMH!

I love this place, its always clean and fast. plus the newbies get in before the old ones so dont need to wait long. its a big facility, the workers are cool and make you feel very comfortable. you can refer people and get compensation for that too. try them out, you might like it too.

Was super nervous going in. But all my questions were handled by the intake staff. Upon beginning my donation collection process, Maria made sure to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and checked up on me throughout the process. I was able to get the name of the nurse that helped to remove my insertion, but she was very gentle and quick. My first time experience was great and I am eager to return to complete my second donation.

Update 9/7/23 I’ve noticed the staff can care less about what goes on in the line outside of their building. When we get here 25 minutes early to wait in line and then people show up right at opening and cut in line, it is not fair for us who have been waiting. When brought up to staff, they said there’s nothing they can do. As a business owner myself, I would talk to the customers who are doing this. This is a good way to lose business and future referrals. Very disappointing.

The good thing about this place is that the staff is really nice. The bad thing is that I feel like the people in charge are messing up pretty bad. I’ve been going for over a year now and recently on my last three visits I had to walk out because of how short staffed they were. If you come to this location expect a minimum of 2.5 hour stay. They also don’t accept new donors past 2pm even though they advertise 5pm. It takes longer to get called then it does to do the donation.
