Very nice friendly staff The staff was amazing when I wasn’t feeling well when they withdrew blood from me I got a little queasy. The staff help me to reassure me that everything was going to be OK and I adjusted to the situation. Great place to donate plasma, I would recommend it to my friends and family life saving plasma

As someone who has donated at other facilities in the past, I will say that octapharma is fairly consistent, clean and and organized. My only gripes are that they don’t really do extra bonuses/incentives like some other places. For new donors the pay is pretty low. Whereas some places might offer 400 or more for new donors. Octapharma only offers about 200. Depending on what time you go there aren’t really lines which is nice. The other thing is they don’t offer crisscross for bandaging after donating which can be a little uncomfortable.

Better than West Covina location but that’s not saying much, only real complaint I have here is in the parking lot. Far to many dopeheads hanging out like vultures ready to take you down after the vampires at octapharma drain you. For example I was the first donated one day, I biked to the location and in the short time I was inside donating my bike was stolen. If the employees were located in a better area this could have been a 4.
