I appreciate that no matter how busy they were staff were friendly, explained in great detail, were courteous and diligent in making sure I was comfortable once I was in the donation section.

The lines for screening are long and the few times I’ve gone, the ladies doing the screening are always talking to each other, they’ve left others and myself just sitting there waiting on them to finish their conversation. On 3/26/23 when I was at a machine waiting to be poked everyone in my row was poked and they left me just sitting there, I don’t like to be a “karen” but I had to say something after ten minutes of me sitting there, mind you I was the only one left to hook on to the machine and the person that was hooking people up left to check on someone else’s machine and never came back, i look over and hes just talking. It’s clean that’s good.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. It took almost 5 hours. They pricked my finger and it bled the whole day. The needle in my vein was thick and uncomfortable. I was freezing in there. They were accepting plasma from people with multiple needle sores in their arms from drug abuse. By the time the bottle of plasma was done it was a lot of plasma, so I’d imagine about 1l of plasma and 1l of blood taken from the body. Made me feel weird for the rest of the day. It was a horrible experience and I do not recommend it. Don’t do this to yourself

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because one of the girls said I had left when I was NEVER called on in the first place! But other then that I had a good experience and I’ll be back for sure

I had a great first experience here! I felt a little light headed and probably almost passed out towards the end of my donation but that was on me since i probably should’ve eaten more but everyone was very polite, understanding and informative. Special shout out to David for getting my account set up and for being so kind and patient when I began to feel not so well :,) I hate to be a burden and that kindness and patience goes a long way. Shout out to Aliyah too that’s my bestie! ‍♀️

Great place to donate staff is super helpful and never had a problem with donating. It’s 2 hours of your day give or take and you get paid. It has its days when it is busy just like any other office but the staff is respectful and communicative, you won’t have people screaming at the line being to long.

I’m leaving a one star because I was a donor and had no problems but recently there has been problems with communication with certain staff members. I wasn’t told how much I was getting so I ended up trying to take out my money and ended up getting charged because the card that they use charges you every time I used the card so I got five dollars taken because it was declined, and I didn’t even buy nothing but trying to take out the money, so if you do go just ask questions yourself because they ain’t gonna tell you nothing about how the system works. Ps if anyone knows a good plasma place. Please let me know.

This place is a big waste of time. I was there as a new doner went through the whole process reading the folder, watching video, getting to the person to check my vitals which took about 2 and a half hours only to get to the RN for my physical to be told that I didn’t qualify because I take a medication for diabetes for the last 3 months and said I have to be taking it for four months so I was deferred No where was this medication mentioned in the medication list that is in the folder or i would have left at the very beginning instead of being told out of nowhere two and a half hours later. By the RN he in fact had to look it up on his computer to verify which took some time. Thanks for Me getting up early taking the bus which took a hour and a half to get there and back and wasting my whole morning on my day off only to be told that the reason I was deferred was not in any notebook or video but had to be looked to looked up on a computer to find. BTW I told them I was diabetic from the beginning! So they knew.

This time I asked for someone experienced because my last two times didn’t go well.. He got someone who had done me successfully before. I appreciate that. The people are always caring and helpful.
