Unprofessional staff with the exception of Michelle. Staff talks amongst themselves, laughing and not paying attention to their nursing duties. It makes you wonder if they even clean the machines properly. They are a third party that sells your plasma for hundreds, but if you do not come twice a week to donate they will only pay you $30! They encourage you to come often so you get sick and anemic.

I’ve been going to Octa pharma Centers for a few years now and the Indio center is by far the nicest one. Yes it is very new but the staff are very professional. The facility is kept very clean and organized. It takes around 35 minutes to donate and your out the door. Real Talk.
