Pleasant first time experience. The staff were informative and kind. The phlebotomist explained the process, how the machine works and were very attentive. The clinic was clean and well organized. From start to finish the donation process ran smoothly and organized.

This place is fantastic. Super good energy all the employees are upbeat and positive and the nurse who did my intake was super respectful and asked if I wanted a chaperone in the room for the physical. I will always give my business (and blood) to those that understand people and treat people with respect and kindness. Also shout out to Mila she’s amazing and super positive!!

The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the staff is wonderful. But as far as the payment system goes, its a nightmare. They use this payment card that charges for everything. So even though you’re told you’re getting paid $100, good luck trying to get money out of an ATM without paying a fee. Good luck trying to get cash back from a merchant without paying a fee. And good luck buying anything without paying the fee. So in effect, not only is it a headache to get paid, but you’re not getting the full amount that they promised. . it’s a joke.

I’ve had issues every time I’ve come in to donate. I was in a couple weeks ago and got the new guy (Jeff) and left with bruises on both arms because my veins were infiltrated and I was unable to finish my donation. Then I had to recover for two weeks from the subsequent bruising and hematoma. There was also an air bubble in the line that if I hadn’t pointed it out I’m not sure he would have caught. While this was happening the new donor rates expired and I was told there was “nothing that could be done”.

Always a relaxing experience and it’s nice to get paid to donate something that helps others. Reading thru the reviews is seems that any complaints are unfounded. If your healthy and have good eating habits and stay hydrated you should be in and out of there within an hour and even after the first incentive payouts if your donating regularly you can be at the tier level of $65 per donation. Seems like a decent payout making $65 per hour and helping many others who need the plasma to be healthy. Seems worth the time to be altruistic and make a little extra cash. Just my opinion.

The staff are amazing. It was my first time donating and I had a reaction and felt very faint and light headed and hot. The staff were on it with their reaction time and care to make sure to bring me back to normalcy. They treated me so well and made sure I was okay before I left and gave me so Gatorade to bring back my electrolytes.

The best crew ever! I wouldn’t go anywhere else even if my life was at stake. That’s how much I love them there.

My experience at the San Diego center was great! The intake representative was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. A very special shout out to Tobias, he went above and beyond and his customer service deserves a 5 star! He should be promoted.

I went to go donate plasma today and the wait was understandable considering they only had two rooms open. What I had an issue with was when I presented my social security and drivers license and they said they couldn’t take it? My social security only shows one last name and my id showed both of my last names. They then went to go “run” my social security to say it didn’t match? How would my social security not match when it’s my identity and I use the same social security for school and employment? I’ve never ever ran through this issue not even when I applied for a passport and had to present my social security. Overall, I would say due to that I couldn’t come back to this place. I just don’t think it’s right to be turned away because your social security and driver license have one missing last name.
