Of you need extra money this should help you. It takes about 3 hours the first time then about an hour each time after. Its well worth the wait. There are first time bonuses and if you continue you make 65 each donation. Plus your donation helps keep someone else alive. So even if you don’t need the money you are a huge life saver.

Great experience, very clean and professional. Great way to make some extra cash and help save lives. Employees are on point. update: I’d avoid this location if you value your peace of mind and life, having been here over 20 times now I can tell you the vibes are bad at this location. Be careful correcting the nurses or you may well be looking at an air embolism. Watch out for Justine , Anahi v , and their queen bee the dreaded assistant manager Evett or should I say assassin manager. They offer no assistance in getting a replacement card if you lose it. The nurses have bad attitudes at this location hopefully the other locations show more promise.(had the opportunity to go to the garden grove location, much better employees.) will update about the Whittier and Azusa locations when I have the opportunity. As another reviewer mentioned the employees at this location care more about socializing than care for donors. Time is valuable people don’t let these lazy employees waste yours.

everyone here is super nice and they do their best to get you in and out asap! the facility is very clean and i feel comfortable coming to this location compared to other locations where the area is ghetto. super glad they have extended their hours too! only bad thing is the corporate has lowered the payment 🙁

My problem with this place is the unprofessionalism with everybody that works there. There’s a couple of great employees but it just cannot outweigh all the bad ones. Many times I have been left on the machine one it is not drawing and no one comes to check or try to reposition the needle this happens constantly. One time I was left without drawing for over an hour before somebody came to finally fix it. The staff is more worried about socializing and asking about what they’re doing for the weekend then doing their job no one has a sense of urgency. The truth is nobody wants to be they’re longer than they need to be and when that green light goes on you want to get the heck out of there the staff is just lazy and slow in my opinion. That when we get to the check-in process that’s a whole other issue there’s usually maybe one to two people processing they want to have long conversations with the person and there’s a big line no one seems to care about trying to get you in and out of there as fast as possible the process in my opinion for the compensation is just not worth it at least at the West Covina location.

Well. It was cold!!!! But as scared as I am of needles. I have learned to trust*. I feel no pain. In 29 . minutes I m out the door. And I have saved over $3000. By giving something of myself. I went there on Tuesday June 6, 2023. And it was great! Jennifer is a great phlebotomist. The front staff was all awesome. My diastolic BP was low so they had me wait and retest. Then I was able to donate, thanks guys

It’s pretty quick, after your first initial visit. Which was still faster then the promoted 2 hours. I was a one time front of the line pass, to be redeem at a future vist. Never had to use it. Even with alot of spots taken.
