I have no questions nor any concerns just a compliment! Since I’ve been coming back to the Santa Fe Springs location; I have been greeted and treated with so much courtesy, kindness and warmth! I just wanted to acknowledge a few of the great and excellent employees who’ve helped me with my plasma donating journey. One is a Ms Brianna (very precious) , Mr Kendall (very assertive and kind) , Ms Johanna (very sweet soul! Also light on the touch with the needle) And lastly a Ms Jacqueline T ✅ ; which I might add is very much so thorough with all of her duties I observed her perform while at work! I genuinely appreciate the warm and comfortable feeling I received!

I came here a few days ago as a first time donor. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the place was pristine! The only complaint I have is that other donors were rude and would cut me off in line. I was hoping the staff would say something, but they did not. But overall, my experience was good.

This location gets my highest recommendation. The women and men here are extremely friendly, professional and supportive. I messed up my donation by bending my arm (which is a big no-no) early on, and slightly puncturing my vein, thereby causing swelling and bruising, preventing the completion of my donation. Though it was entirely my fault, they were very friendly, supportive and informative as to why to never bend your arm mid-donation, and what happens when you do. What’s more, I was paid the full stipend immediately.

Friendly staff. But there only a small amount of them who actually know what they are doing. I feel like the training process should be longer and taken more seriously before you put people on the floor by themselves allowing them to put a 16 gage needle into someones arm.
