I’m a new donor. I arrive shortly after opening, staff explained my visit would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. However, they were very fast and efficient and got me in for physical and screening.. once I was in the back the phlebotomist was extremely friendly and attentive, explained everything in great detail I believe his name was Joseph. Overall was an excellent experience and I was completely finish from the time I walked in to the time I was disconnected in less than an hour and a half.

I personally loved the professionalism in this company. The video I watched was more informative and walking in didn’t look like a blood bank. It felt more welcoming and very friendly than the last plasma center I went to. Plus the people working there knew what they were doing. Loved the videos of other people’s stories on the website.

First visit takes a while if there is other new people in. On the other hand I got an awesome phebotomist, felt no pain at all and the processs went pretty quickly

The people who work here are amazing. They really pay attention and get to know the donors. They address you by first name and greet you personally when you arrive. Would definitely recommend Octapharma to everyone.

Initial process intake long but as quick and thorough as possible. Clean facility, friendly, caring staff. Second visit had a bit of wait time to be started but only due to probable staff shortage and being a weekend.

They have really good people working here. My favs are Amy, Athena, Alex, Joseph, Doug and Khloey. They poke really smoothly and are always quick to answer any questions that I may have. Place is usually clean, not many “weirdos”, very respectable. Usually never a long wait either so I really have no complaints!! I even got an extra $75 for referring a friend, there were no gimmicks or issues with that either. Thanks Octapharma!

Employees work very slow and don’t seem to care how long a person waits in line. They should be trying to get people through the process as quick as possible but are not. I think they figure that if they stall long enough people will just leave. Which I see that a lot!!

Diya is my favorite screener, always pleasant to talk too, knowledgeable about the ever changing policies and her personality settles my nerves, needles (kinda make me nervous). Jordan is a great addition to your staff, thought she was new, turns out she’s not. Jordan has been my phlebotomist 3x now, she has a very gentle touch, haven’t felt any pain from the sticks/disconnects.

I really like the feel of this donation center, the staff is so friendly, helpful and polite. I can’t remember the names of the staff that helped me and my fiancee get registered but him, the cool lady with the light bright blonde hair, the girl that did my physical exam, and the woman who did my screening for check in on Monday and the Staff member who has my name AnnMarie was all so very nice and helpful plus when i was donating AnnMarie was checking in on me and making sure i was good i really liked that, I was shocked how nice they were because five years ago, well six now I had been to grifols but only went once and never went back, didn’t even finish the screening process because how rude the staff was there so for us to go to this new establishment and was given such a great experience really lightened the whole mood of the place. Was so nice to have such helpful, friendly staff there. You guys have a awesome team! That’s always great to see (: keep up the good work everyone!! <3
