I was treated wonderful. The only issue was the machine stopping so it took longer than expected but, I will be back. I have been coming back ever since the staff is wonderful ❤️ the pay is fair. Compared to others after welcome pay it real fair 70 is much better than the other place I was going to after almost a year I was only getting 47 if you haven’t tried them I highly recommend going here. Great staff especially Jenni my fav!! I recommend you eat plenty of food 3 hours prior to coming, and at least 2 litres of water one hour before you donate plasma. So that you don’t pass out, and be hydrated like I did. P.s. no coffee no caffeine or alcohol the day before.

The entire staff was polite, friendly, and smiling. They quickly got my account set up and started the process. Rosie explained everything I needed to know, and she was very gentle with the finger-poke. The shop was very clean and there were lots of people working. I was in and out fast, and payment was in my account before I reached my car.

Everyone here is great, but there are two guys that stand out as the best. Ty and Chris are fast, friendly, and outstanding at what they do. I barely feel the needle when they stick me. 10/10 recommend these guys!

I would like to say Denise is one of the best staff they have. She is warm and welcoming and attentive. Interactions with me she has always been the same way , with others too !!!! She deserves to be a supervisor. I have only donated 6 times and I would say overall the building is clean .

The service is always great. The staff are hard working, compassionate and capable individuals. I have had issues with donation, but it comes with the territory as bodies do be trippin sometimes. Regardless of these issues the staff has been more than professional to solve it so that I wasn’t deferred and the donation a success.
