I had to bail today. The line was too long and the app did not work correctly to answer the questions on my phone. I stayed long enough to finally answer all the questions on the kiosk which was IMPOSSIBLY slow. They have fixed the hours of operation now but there is hardly any staff.

The staff is cool. Make you feel comfortable. My issue is the wait! Im sitting here for 90 minutes and they only called 1 people. There’s no seats left in the waiting area, because I counted 15 people waiting. Unacceptable.

I love this place. I live in Philly and I can still donate here. Everyone here is so nice and so friendly. The cleanliness of the place is immaculate. I love that they they remember who I am and that make sure that you are comfortable. Awesome place to go to! Hardly ever crowded!

Not the greatest experience….several things left to be desired that I was willing to overlook, cause stuff happens ♀️ we’re all human. The breaking point for me was when I was waiting for my actual donation. I sat for approximately 40 mins waiting to be called but was pretty much ignored. There are times when you know someone is genuinely tied up and when you’re genuinely being ignored. Although, on my way out a nice worker was inquiring about why I was leaving and was truly upset but I had another engagement to make it to so even if I had been taken that moment I would not be able stay for an additional 45 mins.

Don’t go here they are always understaffed, inefficient and lazy. They will lose your sample multiple times and keep making you take samples. They tell you to wait a week and a half for your sample results and never call you. They recommend an app that is trash and slow.

The process is about as smooth as you could expect if you have experience with donating plasma. One great thing about Octapharma is that the staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve not once encountered a rude person or had any adverse experiences. With that said, as for all plasma centers, just hope that the employees don’t call out and leave the ones who do show swamped with a heavier than usual workload.

This is the BEST Plasma center I’ve been to In the area. Not only is it the cleanest but staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and always checking on me and make you feel at home! The management is GREAT!!! They pay better than any other center especially if you consistently donate you get better money!!!

Majority of the staff move with zero sense of urgency. I understand they have all day since they’re at work, however the clients do not have all day. Being short staffed is one thing but just blatantly moving around with a lack of urgency is disappointing.
