Nice to get an Express Pass emailed to me to deal with my recent issue with the mobile app. I don’t know why I can’t sign in to the mobile app anymore. I use the on-site kiosk now to answer the questions, and wish it had a more rapid response to the touch. But the staff here in Denver is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for all your assistance.

The reason for four stars instead of five is because there is always room for improvement. The facilities bathroom is always clean, the staff is always nice and engaging. The only dislike I have is with the app. When I do the questions, I’m never able to submit them.

The wait time is ridiculous. I spent 3 hours total just to donate. Once I got on a bed it took 45 min. The staff are friendly but its short staff. There’s not enough machines and it’s always busy why not hire more people that will stay. I see new faces weekly.

Every time I have donated here, I have had a very positive experience! Considering how unpleasant it is having a 14-gauge needle shoved into your arm, Amber does a great job making it as quick and comfortable as possible, and she’s also very attentive and funny. 5 stars!

The whole staff is very nice. After I got really bad bruise from my routine doctors office, Katelyn looked over me and gave me tips on how to heal it faster and let me know who would be willing to handle my other vein since my other vein’s placement is tricky. I don’t know everyone’s name but I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with everyone I’ve talked to. I do enjoy the time I’m there and even when they are busy they make sure everyone gets the individual time they need.

The FDA updated their MSM guidelines in May of 2023. Get with the times. I have been with the same partner for over a decade. Very minimal risk yet in spite of new FDA regulations you still have discriminating practices in place.
