I absolutely love the energy annd the quirkiness of the conversations and fun going on as well as the quirkiness of the conversations and fun going on around me and then it’s also so very nice in here. The only complaint I would have is that the center won’t allow them to hire people to run chickens which puts the drs behind on seating and sticking the patient.

The staff is nice but this center has to be the most inefficient I’ve seen. Other centers can get you in and out in less than an hour and a half no matter what the circumstances are. This center seems slow and I find myself being there 2 hours or more at times.

I have been twice now for plasma donation and the experience has always been great! The staff is absolutely amazing, caring and will always provide more information if you have any questions. The place is very clean and they make sure you’re doing okay since the moment you enter until you leave.

Well places clean cozy showing up a real cold so you know you can fall asleep we don’t watch what you doing or you work nights like I do you use those beds so comfortable you just fall asleep in them love the new tech a guy all the girls are saying to be nice and knowledgeable and I think I’m going to like it here

Always clean and organized and the staff is professional and friendly. It can get busy depending on the day and time. Sometimes going early is busier then between 1-3 pm.

The new donor process was quick, the staff kept ontop of multiple new donors getting them through the process. I was a donor at another company years ago and everything at this location tops it all.The staff, environment, and attentive. I started getting dizzy, overheating, and ear ringing at the last part, the staff was right there taking care of me. I felt better right away and was able to complete the last return of blood and saline. I didn’t feel invisible or an inconvenience like at the other company. Thank you, all there I appreciate you making the process easy and made me feel safe. I’m glad I chose Octapharma over other options, don’t let places big bonus new donors get you, ALWAYS check reviews for your safety and comfort. It will make it worth it and it will all balance out. There is so much I can say but if you’re looking to donate to help save lives and/or get some extra cash come here and see for yourself.

I love going there the staff is absolutely wonderful cuz mine moves pretty quickly especially if you come an hour and a half before they close I will continue going there the only difference is that when your new patient the system to login takes wide awhile because it reads it to you before you can answer the question
