Pretty good plasma donation location. Staff moves you quickly through the rather intricate moves that you, as a donor, have to undertake. Everyone seems capable and managed well. Can get a little loud sometimes but it’s quiet for the most part.

The location on 1960 is poorly managed. I’ve visited there 4 times and every experience has been stressful. My latest visit took 3 hours and the tech handling me was very rough. However, the location on Little York is superb

Arrived about 4:15…. NEW DONOR…. Completed everything at about 6:50….. watched people who was not new donors and sat down in waiting area after me get called to the tables… 7:45 finally called ♀️. Not sure if I will refer anyone

The people there are great, super nice. The location is convenient for me as it’s just down the road from where I work. I would give 5 stars, however the long wait to donate has become the norm which is very irritating. My last visit I waited one hour and 15 minutes before being called to a bed to donate. They need to hire a few more people. Having only one employee in the front doing the labs/testing is not enough, there should always be two people to make the wait line go faster. In addition there needs to be one of two more people on the floor to get donars on to beds to begin donating. My last visit I mentioned, the seated waiting area was a full house, no additional seats available to wait. Not all the beds were in use also. So it boils down to understaffing. I see every time I’m there they take in quite a few new donors but they are not addressing the understaffing issue. This is not how to operate good customer service.

I usually love their staff and every where there. They’re super fast and efficient but today they had a women named Victoria doing the blood work. I had nice lady at first who did the initial check but had to sit due to my pulse. I got back in line and was put with victoria. Immediately she was so rude. Like she didn’t want to retake my pulse. I asked her for a bandaid because I was out bleeding my initial one and blood was still coming out my finger. She threw the bandaid my way and as im trying to put it on she’s rushing me to put my arm out to check my pulse. She’s sees me clear as day trying to put the bandaid on. And continues to rush me.Stating “there’s a long line behind you.” There were only two people in line that had just got there. I tell her she can wait. It would’ve took me two more sec. She got mad and tells me to get back in the line. I’m confused and frustrated at this point because I’m down and she’s making it clear she doesn’t want to deal with me. She keeps telling me to go back in the line and she’s going to have a manager deal with me. I would get if I was rude but I was calm and didn’t even understand the aggressive and rude energy torwards me. I liked this place because it’s fast but bio life is probably the better option. Victoria shouldn’t be working with customers.
