Honestly most of the staff can be rude just depends who you get.For my first donation I was sent home to put a bra on to make the staff member more comfortable during my evaluation, which was strange and a little insulting but I complied. They need to go under your shirt to listen to breathing and heart rate. For my second donation I had to wait an hour when they first opened for them to get equipment they needed from their sister store in Lewisville. Many of the staff members in front of the donors stated,” it was the best morning because they got to technically open an hour late,” or this was the best little hour.” Not a big deal. It was kind of rude to the donors that waited an hour in the morning. Also they should fix the roof it leaks in multiple places. Interesting first two donations to say the least.editing my previous three stars to one. If I could give zero to this place I would. I was dress coded for my nipples being visible under my shirt again. I had a sticky bra on and they dress coded me because they felt uncomfortable and offended about my breast. They only dressed coded me after three hours of waiting and after I was screened and passed and sitting in the chair waiting to donate literally about to be needle stuck. I told them why couldn’t you tell me three hours ago. I was told I only had to wear a bra for an exam not donating by the staff that dress coded me. I got frustrated and raised my voice but I did apologize and explained I was upset at this situation and not yelling. They told me I could donate after putting a bra on so I left took my sticky bra off and put a sports bra on. I went back and waited to be screen another 30 minutes then I was pulled out of the line by the manager. Who sided with staff on my dress code and said that because of my conduct I wasn’t allowed to donate. He claimed I was screaming at donors and staff which was untrue and I even apologized for slightly raising my voice in frustration. I told him you need to watch the cameras and actually decide for yourself and he claimed he did and told me what I was wearing was unacceptable according to Octapharma standards. Not to mention another donor was wearing a see through crop top and was not dress coded but I was. It was clear discrimination based on my body type and them covering their staff for lying to donors about expectations.

Usually a good experience. Saturdays are rough because it feels like every donor shows up on Saturday early in the day so you can be here for hours. Pretty irritating. Most of the staff are cool. Location is clean and feels safe. They frequently have one staff member doing check ins.

I had a great experience all the way up to the phyical. The lady wanted to end my session with what should have been 3 basic questions. I can not begin to tell her how to do her job but she was obviously high on and upper and dealing with her made my head spin.. it very unprofessional to be high as a kite at work.. so I walked out.

In and out with the new donor process in what was exactly 2 hours! Which is superb! Friendly staff, fair compensation, pretty much the same as 2 other centers (different companies)I’ve been to over the last few years. Clean and inviting environment. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to donate!

My experience with Octapharma has been great thus far. The staff are friendly and informative. The process of donating isn’t as stressful or complicated as other donating centers; I didn’t even need to make an appointment for my next session!

We use to really like this center but it doesn’t pay enough now and the wait time is usually a bit longer than most like. It doesn’t matter what time of day you come it always seems to be a wait. They are definitely short staffed. But mainly it hast to do with the pay $20 isn’t enough.

The staff was very informative, so I new what to expect throughout the sign up process. Katrina was my phlebotomist and did an excellent job getting me set up. Great place to donate plasma.

This was my 1st time EVER donating plasma I was welcomed by a medical screener Trevor. He was very polite and screened with efficiency. I was very impressed that any questions I had on what to expect, he had the knowledge. Which makes registering a breeze and provided comfort. I continue the process and was greeted by a Physician by the name Vincent he was very professional with every movement. He’s knowledgeable and provided a thorough exam making sure I understood expectations of my donations. I most definitely will continue to do my part in donate and being apart of this wonderful company and what it stands for.
