Professional, clean, and friendly. A great place to experience in Tyler, TX. Mike was AWESOME at the check in and Lisa was Amazing at the withdrawal. Simply the BEST. I’m referring all I can.

I had filed a dispute with y’all and after almost 2 months now I still have yet to receive any funds. I got sent a card with no balance on it because you assumed I already used it but I had no clue it was coming because I literally get no communication with you. The lady thing I was told was basically you weren’t gonna credit it back and that I need to take it up with Octapharma even though they have no power of those decisions. They only supply the card. I’m STILL waiting for an $18 credit.

everyone who works here is doing amazing, unfortunately this center only seems to employ about 6 people these days and the wait times are starting to resemble Biolife

There was 9 employees on the floor walking around and they all kept talking to each other instead of getting us hooked up or unhooked. I had to have the manager come hook me up because they skipped me repeatedly. 1/5 stars for this location. The employees need to do better.

Been standing in line for almost an hour waiting to be screened. They only have one screener on duty, then I wait a half an hour to get called to a bed. Once I get called to a bed I’m still waiting for over an hour to get stuck. My machine isn’t even hooked up yet. I have been a donor here for almost 2 years and the service here has been deplorable the last few months.

They used a needle that was to big for my veins which caused a hematoma, the nurse then blamed me saying that it’s because of my veins and not the fact that she used the wrong size needle. I then expressed my concerns about being poked again, but they were ignored and they proceeded to stab my arm 2 more times cause of so much pain that my legs were kicking up off the chair. In the end, I went to see a nurse in my family and was told that all 3 veins were blown out because when they inserted the needle, they went straight through my veins. I will never be going back to this place. Not only should the nurse involved be under review for this, she should lose her license for ignoring me when I said I didn’t want to be stabbed again.

Nice visit today before the after work rush. I was actually brought to the station recliner by the manager himself. That’s really nice & he’s certainly made sure we were comfortable as we waited our turn.

I came to this facility to donate for my first time. After completing all my check in and answering the 50 questions on their kiosk that took me 30 minutes because their kiosk lags really bad, after going in for my physical they tell me I take too many medicines foe my asthma to donate. There was nothing stated in any of the paperwork about a certain amount of medications that u could be on. I wasted an hour and a half of my time and will not be back here. The info should have been asked in the initial paperwork instead of making me wait and sit for over an hour.

Very quick and nice employees. You can NOT donate if Type One Diabetic! They won’t tell you Over the Phone, won’t say anything about it till you waste 1-2 hours of your time!
