Everything was great with the facility minus one employee. One of the girls there who does vitals always has a very snide attitude with me. I went to visit on one attempt when my phone was broken and had to use the kiosk.

Normally everything is very good. This time I noticed that the person who put my IV in was a little rough and my arm has a bruise and is sore. It was near closing time and they were joking around and kidding with each other. I thought they should’ve been a little more professional.

Horrible experience…..U was unable to donate because they couldn’t locate a vein ..spent hours going the the orientation process…when I asked if I would be compensated the lady told me I was only worth 5$. Another guy in the exact same situation she promised him 55$. Not saying race was an issue but the irony was they both happened to be Hispanic…when I asked if that 5$ was protocol or discretionary she told me it didn’t matter she was the manager and had the final say so….I’ve never donated plasma don’t sure how it’sworkd but that was. Very unprofessional

I referred someone to donate here and they didn’t advise him that he had to show the code before 1st donation. Daniel the manager from Octapharma wasn’t helpful at all. They act as if they can’t just overwrite and get approval from corporate to do it since it was before second donation. I think that process is BS and would recommend go to another center because these people don’t care about their donors like other places.

Good first impression. The clinic is clean and the first donor process is quick. I did notice there isn’t enough screeners sometimes so the line gets long. But the phlebotomist are all good and friendly. Will refer my husband soon!
