The Plano location is very poorly ran. I walked in to screening went really smooth but my heart rate was high so I was told I would be retested in ten minutes. At 35 minutes later I see the girl with red highlights leave without testing me. 3 hours later I finally checked out. I sat in the donation chair for 1 hour before they started on me. 3 hours is way too long. Poorly ran location. The director has poorly trained staff. Robert

I’ve been coming here basically since they opened.I’ve seen employees come and go but Ace and Jeremy are by far most hard working professional employees that have ever worked here. They’re always helping everyone, talk to you like their your friends , and just give and overall great experience. If you come here to donate ask for those two!

I love this place. The people are very professional and friendly and it’s so clean! Way better than any other plasma place I’ve been to. First visit takes a few hours cause of the physical exam but thats to be expected. On my second visit I was in and out in less than an hour. Just a great experience.

I observed Darrell going over and beyond, providing exceptional service for all the donors. Although there is a small wait, they are pretty efficient with the screening process time and I highly recommend going to this center all staff are phenomenal. I will be returning!

Great experience donating, staff is always kind a d friendly but need to be better with communicating hours or at least post updates with correct information Hours listed as being open 10am-5pm today. Arrived just after 1pm and there is a sign on the door that they are closing at 2pm but door was already locked. Very frustrating when I drive 45 minutes to come donate and they lock the door early to prevent donors from coming in.

My experience was a roller coaster. It started well and went downhill from there. The intake didn’t take long. Even though there were only 2 people working. Then, when I was moved to physical, she was on her phone claiming it would take a while to load, but she was texting and calling people. Super professional Syerra and juan were holding the fort down as they were out of ratio and on their own. Another woman came out claiming to be a supervisor at 8pm and attempting to tell them what to do like they haven’t been out here for 3 and a half hours alone out here. I hope to return, but management needs to handle up on the long wait, unprofessional behavior, and lack of employees. The longer this takes, the less stars I post. I came at 430pm and I’m still here at 835pm.
