If you want to donate, go to the Lewisville Donation Center! The Plano Center is horrible…I was ignored for 40 minutes while they hovered over a female donor who was attractive! A donation usually takes me an hour or so after I sit in the donation chair. I was in the Plano chair for nearly two hours. The staff was rude and I felt like just a number not a person.

Except for an occasional late start in operations after opening the doors in the morning, and playing music I’d rather not have to listen to through the TVs (MTV, etc.) at a slightly elevated volume, this location is quite ideal since it often has little donor traffic with a superbly professional donor technician and phlebotomist staff.
