I go here all the time and I’ve chosen this exact location because of the people that work there. I’ve seen some exceptional employees who go above and beyond for their donors to be happy safe and healthy. I’ve known Amanda at this location for almost a year now. Everytime I see her bright red hair standing out it makes me happy cause I know it means a friendly face. When I see her she’s always buzzing around doing something staying busy. She knows the right balance of work and socializing to keep the donor feeling safe and calm while also accurately and quickly getting the job done. I’ve seen her cover others on shifts, stay late, come early, help others anywhere they ask for it and is happy to do so. She truly is a gem in this place and I hope so much that they keep her moving up so she can keep adding to her experience and her character in order to pass on the work ethics to those under her.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff. They tend to your needs quickly and explain everything in detail. The nurse that did my physical was the sweetest little lady. At my last visit, a person had a bad reaction but the staff moved so fast to assist her that she was fine; the staff are always quick to handle any situation. I definitely recommend this plasma location above all.

My first time donating the first two ladies who helped me were great. The young lady who was taking my vitals could have been a little better. She didn’t seem friendly and where she poked me it still currently sore. The only name I remember is Clayton who assisted me while I was donating. He was very informative and kept checking on me and everyone in his section. His helper did not. The following day that I went back. This time the lady who took my vitals was absolutely sweet and gentle she even opened my bandaid for me. The young man who was assisting with the actual donating part seemed more interested in how fast he could get it done versus making sure it was done right and not painful. He seemed more interested in speaking with his coworkers. I saw two other people leave out of there with blood all over their shirts from another worker unplugging them.

I wanted to take the time to Recognize coco she is one of the best persons that can stick you with the needle. She is fast and always pays attention when needed and even checks on us even if we haven’t called for her. She is an amazing person. There are other good people here but I have always gone to coco. Everyone here are such amazing people.
