The center itself was clean and the staff are nice and helpful but I was referred by a friend and was told he would have the referral bonus within 24hours. It’s been 4 days and I have spoke to several people a lot of them telling me something different every time whether that be I have to wait for marketing in corporate to reach out and that could be 72 hours to an email that just gave information about the referral program but did not resolve the matter at all. Hopefully they can resolve problems like this.

Super clean. Process was super simple and didn’t take hours to complete like other places. Staff is always nice and courteous. Although new to the area I can’t wait until the hours get extended to after 3 pm.

Overall, it’s OK place I thought it was a way that I was not able to get my last donation pay for being a new donor due to the fact of me not able to make the 35 days. which I feel is not right people have things such as work, health, and just day today things that they have to deal with not to mention the hours are limited to come in for those that have to work different hours.

Update not a happy customer. The employees are all great. But now I have had 2 awful experiences there. All start by saying I drive from Mannford to get there so it takes some gas that one of the reason I donate to make extra gas money. Anyway yesterday I got so sick there and still don’t feel the best. But I got almost finished and started sweating getting light headed feeling really sick. I even threw up twice right there in front of 20 people probably. So that’s embarrassing in itself. Either way not knowing the whole time that I’m only gonna get $30!! They poked me in both my arms on top if getting sick I did all that made myself miserable still into the next day and drove from Mannford for $30 unexceptable I think!
