I must say Ms Kayla is my favorite to be greeted by each time I come donate. Her beautiful smile and amazing energy is always a blessing. She has great communication with any person I’ve seen her interact with. Good professionalism with the right amount of goofiness to make her work place awesome. I also wanna give a shout out to all the other ladies at this location I’ve been stuck by pretty much every one there and they all do a great job and are professional and good at what they do. Only had one mishap with one lady from hitting my nerve. But next visit I ran it by her and she hit my vein perfect that time around. All in all I come daily now for some relaxation.

This place is very extremely clean, fast, friendly and organized. I did my first donation Sunday, going in for the second today (Tuesday) really great people. Caring and attentive. From the screening to the physical and all. Really great fast process. Definitely recommend 10/10!!

Shame I have to jump on here and change my 5 star review from 6 months ago to a one. By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a donation center, and I’ve been donating over a decade all over the country. I was there Mon morning/afternoon and suffered severe mistjustice. The nurse who gave me my physical was extremely rude and condescending. We all know it’s not what you say but how you say it. It took twice as long for employee to take my personal information as a new donor because a manager decided to have a personal conversation right in the middle of my intake!!! Non staff being in donation area having conversations with employees, and they definitely weren’t donating. And to add insult to injury there was another new donor there that got to skip the line for vitals and bed, as I was not offered this curtisy. I believe I was mistreated because of my race and gender to be honest, extremely disgusted and disappointed on how I was treated. Management needs to tighten up and clean house, can’t have employees showing up behaving as they please and treating people as they please. By the way someone should teach this slow, unprofessional, and extremely rude staff how to change their gloves!!!! Just a piece of freindly advice, if you don’t like you’re job you can always go somewhere else
