Staff very friendly, they acknowledge my present as I walked through the door . I had some question about the service. The manager Keyoka was very knowledgeable about Plasma donation . Most of the staff members are very professional and helpful. It’s a clean and sanitized facility and they do a great job with making us donors feel comfortable. Last but not least, tbh, the part I like about this facility the most is for returning donors the longest start to finish time is 45-60 minutes, Start to Finish!!
