Signing on as a new member took a while, as it should have. They were very informative, and the experience was over all pleasant. The workers were talkative and kind. The check in process for old or new members is effective and quick. Thank you!

Octapharma on 25th and L st is the nicest one in my opinion. It’s usually pretty quick and you can actually plan your schedule around it. I can’t really say the same for the other locations but who knows maybe things have changed.

They sometimes get very ruff with the needle and don’t quite examine properly when sticking people. This has caused me a lot of issues. Also some of their staff is very rude there are only 3 people on the staff I trust to stick me when donating.

Had the worst experience I have ever had donating so much so I am considering not ever donating again mind you I have been donating off and on since 2005 and pretty consistently for the last 4 years from OK to now NE..Floor Supervisor was informed of several error messages at the machine I was set up on. He proceeded with the process instead of moving me to another machine they stuck me in both arms took just under 200 milliliters in just under 2hrs oh yeah they gave me 10 bucks..

Overall the crew here is great!!!! There are a few that I’m meh about but they are all very nice that I’ve worked with. Yacht, Zane, Yareni there are two others that’s are my favorites but name escapes me lol I hate donating but i do enjoy talking to the staff. I did myself dirty and didn’t eat enough before I came and nearly passed out towards the end of the guys were on it immediately. They were calm and just did what they needed to do to keep me from passing out. I definitely would recommend this location for donating if you choose to donate. Once you go you learn who knows what they’re doing!

Not exactly sure why after my physical I took a seat for 25 minutes and the lady that got a physical after me went straight to a bed. She left the building 45 minutes before me. I have no idea how that’s fair, ridiculous. It’s every bit of 3 hours to donate if you’re getting a physical fyi. The only saving grace was the gal that gave me a physical, Rebecca I think it was. Sorry to say this but at first I was very excited to help out to make medications for others regarding the bio of the plasma donating for medications were its needed. I feel that it’s unfair for those who do donate and get minimized pay under under pay what’s the sakes of the donations at the gift? This should be a fair donation and be brought to a proper. Tried to become a new donor, but no one came to the front desk even after ringing their silly bell on the counter 3 times. No answer, no acknowledgment, nothing. The only “answer” I got was from someone standing in line to donate, telling me that ‘this IS their busy time, from now until close’. It is 3:30 pm, and Google shows them as ‘not very busy’, which i should have known better. I don’t think I’ll be coming back due to their lack of customer support.
