The staff is always friendly, and they answer any questions I have about the process. Usually I am in and out fairly quick, but even on days with longer waits, they have always been apologetic and try to assure everyone they are doing the best they can. I appreciate how hard the staff works to make the experience something worth going through. I can earn a little cash while doing something to benefit others in need. Keep up the great work everyone!!!! I will see you all again tomorrow! 🙂

People are nice and fun but they need better or more training on sticking people as well as getting to them when the machine says there is a problem. When they take a sample to test overall protein they need to let you know the moment you pass or fail. It would also be nice to get it back sooner so people don’t miss out on donating. It would be nice if you guys would stop dropping the payouts as well as the fee to get money off our cards.

I always have a great experience at Octapharma Plasma. The staff is really friendly and professional. I’ve never had pain or discomfort with the any part of the donation process. The compensation is immediate, which is convenient. I highly recommend visiting them!

I love this plasma center. It’s clean, organized, the pay is good and consistentfor the donors. Mo was my favorite staff member. He was professional, nice, kind, he always explained things if I had questions. Very good staff members at this location. I won’t go anywhere else. Best location!!

Going there is like going to a circus for Healthcare, 20+ people on the floor donating and I see two phlebotomist, it took over 20 minutes to see someone to do a physical and ended up leaving before they could because I didn’t have time, and when I went two days before I couldn’t even donate because they ran out of supplies and didn’t say anything until I was on the floor. Definitely come here if you want your time wasted and be frustrated. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This place is great! I was pretty nervous going in because I had never done something like this, but EVERYONE there was so nice and helpful! They make sure you know exactly what is going to happen and how the process works. It was stress free and I will definitely be going back there and also refer people to this location!

The people are friendly and they don’t need to poke you multiple times. Only complaint is, sometimes they only have one booth open when there are a lot of people to check in. When it’s like that it can take an hour plus just to get screened.

So. Pleasantly. Surprised!!! I’m so glad I didn’t listen to someone who only had negative comments about this place. NONE of it was true. I was met with friendliness, helpfulness, understanding, and support. All 4 employees that I interacted with were wonderful. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all of their names but I’m almost positive that Kalynn was the phlebotomist that started my IV, educated me on the process, and ensured I knew to ask questions or holler if anything didn’t feel right. I was so incredibly thankful for her knowledge, kindness, and patience! The phlebotomist who took my IV out and sent me on my way was equally fabulous! Thank you all for doing what you’re doing to help others and thank you for welcoming me so well that I may join in and help too!

The price received for donating is unacceptable. The pain endured during the needle stick, the chances of being stuck more than once or the needle being moved around inside of my arm, some of the staff having no concern of the pain when adjusting the needle, and the the time waiting on being taken care of due to staff talking about where they are meeting up after their shift is over, hearing that the staff make $90 verse my $45 to $65 per visit is embarrassing and the staff get to jump in front of the line. An adjustment to increase the payment would be appropriate. I wouldve given a two and a half rating if offered
