Went in to donate I used the restroom and went to wash my hands no soap went to the front desk no employee even acknowledged I was there so I went to the women’s bathroom but no soap there either so then went to the waiting area and stopped an employee she told me to use the sink in the waiting area and guues what no soap there so I told her there wasn’t any there either so another employee said use hand sanitizer and then mumbled next time don’t come in needing to wash your hands do it before you come in, so to that idiot I used the restroom is the reason I needed to wash my hands. My question is if there’s no soap in the place how do they wash there hands before they stick someone after they use the restroom?

Wasted my gas and time after calling and being told that I just needed to bring up my proof of my identity and address. They didn’t bother to mention that they are not taking any new donors. Don’t bother wasting your time here.

There was a sign that said “No New Donors” when I first went but the guy went to the back got me and a few others in that day when I really needed it. Got me in and out pretty quick from experience. Donation was the quickest I’ve ever donated. So far so good

Says you will be here for a hour or a hour and a half try 3 to 4 hours people are nice and polite but I don’t have 4 hours for 20 bucks then someone said I changed my medication without my permission so I couldn’t donate till they figured that out

Nice people, clean & comfortable facilities… BUT YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER!! Don’t believe earlier people’s post from 5-6 months ago… Since about March, the wait has increased tremendously. And ignore that “popular times” chart on google because it doesn’t matter if it’s morning, noon or night… YOU WILL WAIT, AWHILE.

Horrible how y’all open at 7 and I still be sitting outside how about the employees need to be in at 6:30am if y’all open at 7am to be set up and ready. People come early for a reason we have jobs too. Every time it’s an excuse about the battery being dead in the back like it’s our fault or something. Yea y’all need to get it together…

Well I haven’t made it in the place yet so I may give a different review soon. What I’m going to say though is this do not call and expect to get accurate information. With how low staff they are and seemingly how poorly run your best bet is to just take your chances and go by there if and when you have the time because if you call someone will tell you they’ll let you in until 3:00 but when you show up before that time you are told they cannot accept you. It sucks because I’m not close to the place and I said that but they seemingly couldn’t take any new donors for hours before closing. As I said the place may be good once you get in just do not call unless you expect to hear b*******
