There are 4 people standing in line and no one checking people in. There are 3 people just walking around aimlessly wanting to do anything but work. I feel like the employees do their best to get people not to come back. When an employee comes out she stands at her station for about 5min on her phone. Finally she calls next in line 6 people waiting. Bandaids on the floor, hear lots of laughter in the back. I guess this place really doesn’t care. Go anywhere else!

Thoughtfulness Being!!!
Don’t go to this location very rude lies about referrals bonuses and will only give you 100 2 times….. Go on north hanley where you’ll be treated more like a human. Been donating for 7 yrs and never had a problem till I came on geavois. I still haven’t heard from corporate either . I’m calling the better business bureau

Usually my experience is fine, but because one of the phlebotomist did not do her job and collect my protein sample on my last visit. She lied and say she did. Because they didn’t have a sample octapharma said my protein was too low. Well how would they know that if the sample was not taken? Now im deferred till they correct their mistake.

I would choose a different location if you want a good experience. The girl who took my vitals was more interested on texting on her phone than doing her job. She was reading some questions I read along since she was texting yet on her phone. My experience @ the Octapharma on Gravois was as expected..The tech’s had attitudes even though they had 3 hours of free pay. The only technician that surprised me with the politeness was the Nurse and the tech with the blue head wrap. Also let me mention you definitely don’t have to wait the are speedy and on top of there jobs

Everyone was polite and professional and helpful. I had a bad stick my first visit but the next one was near perfect. Advocate for yourself with the technicians if you know your veins are finicky, and definitely hydrate before going.
