I used to donate years ago and stopped going due to the environment and the wait times. I went in Wednesday for my first time in 4 years, and I was amazed at how smooth and quick the screening process was. Thos keosk still take their time, but overall, the experience was good. Even my phlebotomist was engaged in conversation and attentive to all of her beds

Terrible service. Been sitting here in the new donor area for almost 30 minutes. They don’t even acknowledge you. When I asked so.eone what the deal was she told me to just sit down and wait for someone.

I tried to donate here about a year ago and was turned down because they said they couldn’t find my veins so I Donated at another place For several several months . Took a break from donating plasma. Decided I would try going back here. It was the same routine because they said on the computer that I had small veins. They said go home, drink some water. Come back tomorrow so I did again. The same thing immediately went to CSL plasma gave a great donation. They had no problems with my veins! I was grateful to save a life this day.

The workers there are rude and inconsiderate. You will be waiti my in line for at least an hour just to be turned away. And they getting away with only paying people $35
